Who We Build For
We have run our studio from Belfast since 2013, and most of the businesses we work with are within an hour's drive of it. That matters more than it sounds: the useful conversations happen quickly, in plain language, with someone who knows the market.
What our clients share is that the website is a working part of the business rather than a brochure. So we build for the job: fast on a phone, clear about what you do and where, and straightforward to update. Sometimes that means a content management system you can run yourself; sometimes a full e-commerce build; often it means stripping out what the last agency added and never explained. If you are weighing up web design in Belfast, the first conversation is free and there is no obligation attached to it.
Coach operators and tour companies whose enquiry forms match how people actually plan a trip to the north coast.
Shops selling to GB and the Republic, with VAT under the NI Protocol and shipping set up properly from the start.
Clinics, engineers and trades whose appointment requests land somewhere the reception team will actually see them.
A content management system your own team can update, with training at handover rather than a support ticket.
Transport and coach hire, an enterprise centre supporting local start-ups, a refrigeration engineer, an eye care clinic, a bowling club, a business sales marketplace, photographers and musicians — not one type of business, but the same kind of job.

Where We Work
Our studio is on Hill Street in the Cathedral Quarter, and Belfast is where most of our work starts. But Northern Ireland is small enough that “local” stretches a long way, and the drive is rarely the obstacle people expect. If you would rather meet in person, we will come to you.
Location matters for a second reason. A search for a service almost always carries a place with it, spoken or assumed, and a site that only ever says “Northern Ireland” serves nobody in Coleraine. Part of the work is making your site specific about where you operate, so the people nearby actually find it — we explain how in our Belfast local SEO guide.

How We Work
Most people asking about a website have been burned before, usually by not knowing what was happening until it was too late to change it. Four stages, and you know where you are in all of them.
Step 1
Free · 30 to 60 minutes
A call where we work out what the site actually has to do and what is getting in the way. No commitment — you leave with our notes either way, even if we are not the right fit.
Step 2
Fixed price where scope allows
A written proposal with a fixed price, or a clear estimate range where the work is genuinely open-ended. It states what is in scope, what is not, and the timeline. Take as long as you need with it.
Step 3
Progress every week
Design first and iteratively, then development. You see progress weekly rather than a reveal at the end, on a staging site you can click around before anyone else sees it.
Step 4
Redirects, analytics, handover
We launch with you rather than at you: content checks, redirects from the old URLs so you keep your rankings, analytics, the unglamorous parts. Then ongoing aftercare, or a clean handover to your own team.
Typical timelines run from a few weeks for a small marketing site to several months for a custom build — the proposal will say which yours is before you commit to anything. Once you are live, the aftercare side covers hosting, updates and monitoring, so the site does not quietly rot the way unmaintained sites do.
Budget
Most agencies will not publish a number, which helps nobody deciding whether to make the call. These are the ranges our work actually falls into.
Most marketing-site projects start around £1,000. Anything smaller we either quote directly or point you towards a cheaper route than hiring us. The full pricing page breaks down each range, and what you will pay for hosting and domains on top.
